Currently, after changing any filter (continent, country, date, or platform), users have to manually click the Submit button to load results.

Difficulty: Intermediate

Steps to reproduce (for bugs):

Expected outcome : Results should automatically fetch when any filter field is changed, without needing to click Submit.
