As an Engineer implementing the survey into the Recent Changes and Watchlist Pages (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T398535), I need some survey questions to input into our survey interface.

Background:

As part of the work for Epic T386200, we would like to assess the impact of our changes on user experience and satisfaction. Please design a short, user-friendly survey message that can be shown to logged-in editors who have the WD changes turned on in WP to collect feedback on the updated (resolved labels) experience. This survey should help us understand:

• Whether the changes are more useful

• How editors perceive the recent changes

• Any friction points or areas for improvement

Acceptance Criteria:

• Survey message is brief, clear, and consistent with our tone (please review with Danny)

• The message and responses can be easily translated into multiple languages (please review with Danny)

• The results can show us that our work is making a significant difference in the lives of editors.

• A mockup or Figma design is provided
• Message is reviewed with Community Communications (Danny)
