Summary
In Special:GlobalContributions/~2025-69529 (which is a temporary account) and Special:GlobalContributions/NicoScribe (which is a registered user), the page shows the message "Showing results [...] for all wikis where you have the right to view contributions.".
This text is misleading because everybody should be able to see the edits of a (public) temporary account or of a registered user.
This text is only useful for edits of IP, or of IP ranges. So, the misleading part of the message should be displayed only for edits of IP, or of IP ranges.
