If uploads fails with no legitimate reason, ensure upload retry after 72mins.
Explainer : ratelimits of 380 uploads / 72mins is applied to junior Commons account, aka most accounts. An junior user with ratelimit 380/72mins recording and uploading 500 files, the later 120 files will be rejected by Commons' API.
