Background:
This is a subticket for the Community Communications Manager to draft and publish an announcement to inform communities about the upcoming visual changes to the search results pages, as detailed in parent ticket T397256.
These changes will affect both the pilot wikis and, eventually, the rest of the Wikimedia wikis. The goal of this communication is to raise awareness, provide clarity on what is changing, why it's being changed, and when it will be implemented.
Key points to include in the announcement:
- Summary of the visual changes being introduced (e.g., updated layout, improved readability, styling changes)
- Rationale for the changes (usability, consistency, user feedback, etc.)
