Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Open the Android Wikipedia app (version 2.7.50538-r-2025-06-24)
Try to change the language of a page to Tajik or add Tajik as a new language
Only the Latin script version of Tajik appears in the language list

What happens?:
Tajik with Cyrillic script does not appear as an option in the language selection list. Only the Latin version is available.

What should have happened instead?:
Both Tajik (Cyrillic) and Tajik (Latin) should be visible and selectable in the language list

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Wikipedia Android app 2.7.50538-r-2025-06-24

Fixed on 2.7.50542-r-2025-07-28

Tested on Pixel 6 on Android 15 and OnePlus 8 on Android 13. Tested both Cyrillic and Latin.
