Description

Background

Once the Donate A/B test is complete, we need to remove all experiment-related code.

Reader Experience engineers will add the re-donate-ab hashtag to all relevant patches - visit that hashtag to see the list of patches.

Code should likely be removed at the same time to ensure that cross-repo patches that depend on one another do not cause issues.

Plan is made for when code will be removed
All code added for the experiment has been reverted or otherwise removed.

A couple notes for the person picking this up:

this only covers removal of the desktop experiment - there shouldn't be any overlap between the two, but make sure mobile continues to work (or that development is respected)
the name of the experiment is we-3-2-3-donate-ab-test-1 - I'm not sure whether we tagged all the patches (if so, go with that approach first), but in theory doing a code search for this string should give us all the code that concerns it
