Description

This task involves the work of documenting the proposal for measuring Reference Check at en.wiki through a controlled experiment that staff and volunteers deem sufficient for evaluating the impact of Reference Check and ultimately, deciding whether the feature is fit for being made available by default and for whom it would be made available (via on-wiki configuration)

Any controlled experiment will need to run for ≥4 weeks in order to deliver statistically significant results about larger changes and longer, to detect smaller shifts, per T394951#10906272
