Description

Switch got emptied with T334644: Move cloudsw2-d5-eqiad servers to cloudsw1-d5-eqiad

I've zeroized it, powered it down and removed most of its config in Netbox, and set its status to decom.

For DCops:
remove the cables (uplinks to cloudsw1, mgmt, power, console) and optics.
Unrack it
Update Netbox (delete the cables, etc), set it unracked and offline (or inventory) in Netbox
