Notes
- a truncation option is not as trivial as it seemed when we discussed. Given that sometimes the references themselves are links, adding a "see more" link doesn't really work. [Alice suggests ] this could be done in another new ticket, closer to the end of the M3, and be worked on after "first pass" is done.
- TBD: qualifiers are indented under value they relate to, so that we can remove the label "qualifiers" that doesn't appear on desktop and remain consistent
