Deploy Bulk OCR to Wikisource

Description

  • As a first step, deploy the Bulk OCR feature on beta-Wikisource (like https://en.wikisource.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Main_Page) so that it can be tested before rolling it out on live Wikisource sites.
    • Set the wgWikisourceEnableBulkOcr variable to true for beta wikisource
    • Grant admin rights to users who might want to try it out
  • Deploy it on production Wikisource(s)
