Background

As part of T397532, we'd like to explore the ability to show reading list items on the main article namespace, alongside the article
in the sidebar .

User story

As someone who uses reading lists, I'd like to have quick access to my reading list items at all times.

This is great groundwork for potentially showing reading list capabilities to logged-out users as an ephemeral list, which we want to explore in Q3. Raising priority as work in future sprint.

I don't think this is necessary given @Sneha's most recent designs which doesn't involve any changes to Vector 2022 https://www.figma.com/design/Q3pYKI7RRMdRRgkQp2RiTf/Web--Reading-List-Collections?node-id=1501-77148&t=WjjdMbfkTzVffdJC-4
I think we've done enough prototyping to know this is possible.

This type of side bar concept is something we may want to explore in the future for both logged in and logged out users. But yeah not sure if we need a spike ticket to know if its possible.
