Update the Wikimedia descriptive statistics (public) for the latest completed fiscal year 2024-25

@Hghani - I noticed that not all of the values show up as updated as of Jun 2025. Were this intentionally left out because of data quality challenges? If not could you finish up the update?
@OSefu-WMF everything should be up to date now except the pageviews-related items which I am intending to wait until after the backfill to complete. I've placed a placeholder note in those cells in the meantime if anyone takes a look.
Once the backfill is complete I will update the ticket with an update and to include some notes on some updates I made.
The Wikimedia Descriptive Statistics was updated.
-also appended a link to a calculation sheet in the 'Active Wikipedias' tab that will automated the counting a little.
