While we've often been internally discussing the main branch with most recent changes, it's a preferable experience to point all links to `/latest/ branch of the docs site: https://doc.wikimedia.org/codex/latest/.
It doesn't feature a distracting banner and is the best public interface.
Replace all /main/ links with /latest/ references.
