As the Research team has conducted multiple research projects on admins, editors with extended rights, and moderation activities in recent months, this project aims to step back and summarize findings and recommendations across projects.

As a first step, we will catalogue the information we currently have, and then check in for needed expertise and next steps.

The goals of this work are to develop a short text for internal reference and a presentation for the submitted proposal (under review) at WikiConference North America 2025.
