Feature summary: Minor improvements to how the copyright status of the work is displayed on the work page, to make it clearer and more understandable.
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): Currently, whether the work is in the public domain or under copyright, the notice indicating the copyright status has a green background.
It would be desirable for the notice to be red when the work is in the private domain, as a warning.
On the other hand, in cases where, in Wikidata, the copyright status (P 6216) does not have a "applies to jurisdiction" qualifier (P 1001), Paulina displays the same notice for a very long list of all jurisdictions.
The desirable behavior would be to indicate that the status applies to all the world, or alternatively, that it is not known to which jurisdiction it applies.
