Puppet failed because of :

Jul 30 07:45:31 releases1003 puppet-agent[2806711]: (/Stage[main]/Releases/Git::Clone[repos/releng/release]/Exec[git_pull_repos/releng/release]/returns) fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/releng/release.git/': The requested URL returned error: 502

GitLab was down because of the maintenance in [T400252}. The issue resolved automatically after the maintenance. I'll resolve the task.
