Description

This task is to create a remote configuration endpoint, as part of our wikifeeds service, to serve configuration parameters to clients already in the field, such as native apps. This will supersede the legacy configuration settings that have been part of the MobileApp mediawiki extension (https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/extensions/MobileApp/config/config.json), and is intended to be more flexible and more easily deployable.
