Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Open "Find and replace" → "Advanced settings". Click on any rule in the tree, or on the rule when creating it.

What happens?:
The "Replace with" form is shifted downwards. Every time you change or create rules, you have to catch this with the mouse and resize it up, it's annoying.
You can't see it, if you don't know it's supposed to be there, you won't find it.

Software version:
6.4.0.0. It appeared somewhere in version 6.3.
