Type of quota increase requested: CPU/RAM
Reason:

I'd like to install Anubis (T400229) on the production instance, but would rather use a fresh VPS instance out of an abundance of caution, so I can easily switch back traffic in case things go wrong. I will also use the opportunity to upgrade to Debian Bookworm and PHP 8.2.

I am requesting our quota to be increased by:

• 5 VCPUs
• 10GB RAM

This will give us room to create the new instances and leaves the old ones running. After traffic is moved over and everything is deemed stable, I'll delete the old instance and the quota can be lowered.
