Yeah I would say: just fork the GitLab repository, and push your commits in your fork, so a button should appear to propose a merge request 👍

My Gitlab account is pending approval it says, how long do I have to wait?

In the meanwhile it's possible to do these SUPER OPTIONAL extra things:

• curate the commit messages to be suuuupa nice
• curate the commits to be super minimal (e.g one commit for indentation fixes, one commit for the real change, not touching other lines, etc)
• curate the commit history to be nice and atomic (e.g. avoid a commit named 'fix' and another 'fix' and another 'fix', they can be squashed)

As soon as they approve your account, totally ignore the above tips :P go ahead and have fun

My best guess is that you are experiencing a cache issue with the browser as your attachment shows the old version of the page.

I'm just trying to learn: how the credits were updated?

I tried to find myself this answer, but the solution was announced the 6th of June 2026, and there are no consequent commits in the last month:

My "best guesses" are:

1. Maybe there is a nice backend to do these things without coding (?) in case, maybe good to share a screenshot, or at least knowing the URL. This is good to know. Thanks.
2. or, if the development team is "first releasing, then publishing commits" - then we have a problem, which should be clarified during the next contract renewal.

P.S. I'm not sure if we are under "2." - in case, it's my fault if was not formalized. I've added a phrase here covering basic git expectations:

Hi Valerio, we are falling in case "1".
The body of the "Credit page" is managed through Django.
Upon your task opening on June 7th, I have added what you were suggesting and it went online without any need for a commit.
