"View new changes" dislocates the "results to show" button in watchlist and recent changes in Vector 2022

Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

  • Open Special:Watchlist or Special:RecentChanges using Vector 2022 and uncollapsed tools in the sidebar
  • Wait until there are new changes and "view new changes since..." appears

What happens?:

  • The button with "results to show" / "time period to search" is moved to a new row

What should have happened instead?:

  • Display the button in the same row, there should be enough space (compare with collapsed toolbar):
