Feature summary Add support for Czech language on the /feed/onthisday/{type}/{mm}/{dd} API.
Use case(s) enable access to OTD API in Czech, as the data already exists in cswiki, and seems standardized.
Benefits various languages are already accessible through the API, adding Czech will help Czech language users.

Looking at the code in wikifeeds, it appears to be a fairly simple addition. Will submit a patch.
