OpenRefine on PAWS, cannot login to Wikidata

Description

I’m using OpenRefine on PAWS. When I am trying to upload edits to Wikidata, I can't log in (after the latest reboot) – I get the message "Invalid credentials". The system has detected a new device and is requesting verification (an email with a verification code was sent), but there is no place in OpenRefine to enter the code. I tried switching to two-factor authentication, but the issue remains the same (no place to enter the code.).

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
OpenRefine 3.9.0

This is due to an enforcement of sending a valid User-Agent header, which has since been resolved with the latest version: 3.9.5
