Description

My client's DBA needs to do all the schema changes. To do this, I need a way to separate out the schema changes from the upgrade script.

I'm submitting a patch to Gerrit for review that covers the functionality I need.

This was abandoned in favour of Gerrit change 36609, which is now merged. Is this bug fixed now?

The bug that caused this to be backed out was fixed and core MW now has the fix, so yes, this is fixed.
