Reasons For Request: I work on the Moderator Tools team at the WMF and often run into Security-tagged tickets that are relevant to my work. Requesting access each time is a pain and slows me down.

From the Security side, we're good to go on this - @Samwalton9 leads product development on moderator tools that a heavy overlap with security and privacy efforts.
