When creating a poll it would be nice to preview it as though it were live.

Presently the only way to review what a poll looks like is to have the poll go live, then either tweak the start/end dates in the backend (not ideal) or edit the display text in the translation interface.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

• Allows previews of polls (and thus errors can be spotted)
• Allows for screenshots of the ballot page to be included in election education materials
