Roughly speaking, the WMDE Technical Wishes team is working on Cite features and we need some way to be automatically alerted in case we deploy code which causes bad content to be saved to wiki, or breaks existing Cite features. One example way of accomplishing this is to measure the number of Cite errors in each revision saved back to wikis.

This task is done when we have defined the product requirements for such an alerting system, to a point that we could begin implementation.
