As a multilingual wiki, the Wikimedia Incubator uses the {{int:lang}} hack fairly often. Since we now have the {{USERLANGUAGE}} magic word to replace it, it would be nice to be able to use that instead.
Discussed with @cscott during Wikimania, who didn't see any problem with enabling it.
