Feature request: Improve contrast between visited and unvisited links for colorblind users
Closed, DuplicatePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Allow users to increase the contrast between visited and unvisited links in the Wikipedia app for those with colorblindness.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
A user who is colorblind reported difficulty distinguishing between the standard blue and purple link colors used for unvisited and visited links. This can make navigation and content tracking confusing. Adding a setting to adjust or enhance the contrast between these link colors would greatly improve accessibility and user experience.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

Improves accessibility for users with color vision deficiencies.

Makes Wikipedia easier to navigate and use for everyone.

Supports inclusivity and aligns with accessibility best practices.
