The current ways to filter the pagetriage curation log are:
It would be nice if "Reviewing" were split into "reviewing articles" and "reviewing redirects" since the large number of redirect-review actions can drown out article-review actions in the logs.
I think this is already done. I think this is a duplicate. Will investigate more when I'm at a computer. Did you check the reviewing log subtypes?
T349048: Mark as reviewed log entry should mention if it's an article or redirect is the ticket that Novem is talking about. I think Pppery would like the Special:Log page changed since it is right now not possible to filter for only article reviews (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=pagetriage-curation&user=Zzz_plant&page=&wpdate=&tagfilter=&subtype=review&wpFormIdentifier=logeventslist&issubmitted=1 shows both).

It looks like this didn't work - only the "reviewing articles only" filter works; the others produce no results.
When I filter for reviewed redirects in the feed, I am seeing those action in the "reviewing articles only" log. I would expect that reviewed redirects would be excluded from that log?
@Soda Please upload a follow-up patch to fix the bug @Pppery and @jsn.sherman have noted. Lines 91, 99, and 102 at extension.json should say "reviewed-redirect", "unreviewed-article", and "unreviewed-redirect" respectively.
