Description

Steps to reproduce

Click a UserInfoCard icon
While that card is loading, click an icon for a different user
Click the card icon for the first user again
The card loads, but the activity graph is empty

The graph will not load again until you reload the page and allow that card to load fully.

It seems like the chart is present (I can hover over the data and get a popup) but just isn't visible.
