Genfixes seems to treat the {{harv}}-family and {{sfn}}-family templates differently. See this diff for some examples. While for the {{harvnb}} the hyphen and parameter are correctly changed, nothing happens with the {{sfn}}. These two template families have very similar parameters, so hopefully this is relatively straightforward to implement.
