I want to edit simple text inputs on my mobile device
So that I can more easily update items

Acceptance Criteria

• Datatypes String (string), External identifier (string) , URL (string) visible and read only
• existing properties are displayed (but cannot be edited)
• References and qualifiers visible and read only
• Ranking visible and read only
• header/foot of edit page visible and read only
• Uneditable datatypes flagged with codex's red link
• edit button on existing statements to open the edit functionality page

(!) If reusing a component that is already not read-only, it is fine for that part to be functional. Minimally no additional functionality needs to be added
