Adjust our Global Search dropdown options after fixing T393840

Description

Only after resolving T393840: Update to Phorge upstream rPca176821 / Arcanist upstream rARCd2d2afd0 (2025-09-08), go as an admin to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/search/query/edit/ and

  • rename our custom Global Saved Queries (after that deployment called that will be called System Saved Queries instead) from "...Documents" to "...Items" for consistency because https://we.phorge.it/rPc42abde86567ac2d83d1b3c3d430e83f1096bac2,
  • disable built-in "Open Tasks" Query to lure people into using the Maniphest (application) Search instead. (Experiment, can always revert.)
  • add a downstream section "Application Search" and a link item to the Maniphest (application) Search in src/view/page/menu/PhabricatorMainMenuSearchView.php, assuming I have not managed to sort out in https://we.phorge.it/D26252.

I think for now I do not want to maintain a downstream patch for the third bullet point, so I'm going to resolve this task.
