When translating an English article from the translation tool, the same Wikidata link is automatically added, but the templates are imported from the English Wikipedia. The imported templates have to be linked back to Wikidata manually. It would be nice to have a facility to connect it automatically.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the references section of any Wikipedia article that is translated, in this case, English to telugu.
2. Templates that are not present in the Telugu language will appear in red as shown
   
3. Users have to import the template from English wikipedia to make it blue.
4. Only editors with certain rights will be able to import the templates
5. There is a page for import requests where editors can request for the template as shown in the image
   
6. Now, the editors with rights navigate to the imports link and import the template from the imports page as shown
   
7. Firstly, they get the template page link from English wikipedia
   
8. The necessary details needs to be filled in the import page as shown
   
9. Hit import
   
   . Only users with rights can do this
10. The imported template doesnt have any languages linked to it in the langauge section as shown
    
11. There won't be any wikidata links as well linked to this template in the tools section.

Expected Result:

1. The users expect to see language linked to it when the template is imported from English
2. They also expect to see the wikidata item linked to this template

Current process:

1. The user should go to the template page in English
2. Go the wikidata item in tools section as shown
   
3. Make edit in the telugu wikidata item as shown
   
   
   
   
4. Only after this, the languages and wikidata items will be added to the template
   
5. This is being done manually now which the user expects it to be done automatically

For the articles that are not present in telugu, editors are creating the articles using the translation tool. When published in the English wikipedia article, the wikidata item gets linked automatically which is not happening in the telugu article. The users need it to be linked automatically here also.
