Summary

The CheckUser-UserInfoCard does not work on permalinks for pages

Background

A user can view a permanent link (permalink) of a page by clicking the timestamp associated with the revision in the history page
- These pages display the content of the page at that edit, along with a banner at the top for the user who performed that edit
The CheckUser-UserInfoCard adds user info links next to the usernames of users
- This also occurs on the permalink pages, such as in the banner at the top of the page
However, the button does not currently open the CheckUser-UserInfoCard as shown in the gif below:
