Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to any article with Language settings
- Click language settings dialog cog wheel
- See that primary button is normal progressive button
What happens?:
Primary buttons in ULS are featuring wrong CSS class, resulting in false normal progressive button style
What should have happened instead?:
These buttons should be primary progressive buttons.
