We got a weird error where a payment failed trying to map a fiscal_number format for ES, even though we don't show fiscal_number fields in the ES form. Turns out the donor had submitted fiscal_number to a CL form previously, then reloaded donatewiki with a different country. Let's clear out the donor data from the session on country change like we do when method or gateway change.
