As a wikidata editor,
I want to modify the ranking of a statement when editing or creating a statement on mobile
So that the statement can be more precise

- if possible - per default, the button assumes the width it would have when the longest option was selected - in english, "deprecated rank", to avoid layout shifts when you change between options
- Longer terms should overflow to the next line(s) (esp. important w/different languages)
Note: Significant work completed in T402447:
- The ranking button is the codex component select, with icon, and it already displays the select option
- The icon used is the ranking icon, that is not on codex
- per default (until someone changes it), the selected option is "normal rank"
- The option menu opens over whatever elements are in the page - it does not push them down, to avoid layout shifts
- The option menu shows all 3 options, including the one already selected - this one is highlighted (part of component behaviour)
