For a specific example on it.wiki:

https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prva_hrvatska_ko%C5%A1arka%C5%A1ka_liga_1994-1995 was created about 10 minutes ago, with the category Pallacanestro nel 1994. Related changes for that category is empty: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciale:ModificheCorrelate/Categoria:Pallacanestro_nel_1994

RelatedChanges on one of the other categories on the page shows a page creation yesterday but not this one today.
