Exclude categories from appearing in the suggested categories when a user uploads an image, by means of a template added to the category page.

UploadWizard suggests any category on the wiki, whereas we have a specific tree of categories intended for images. Users are adding images to categories intended for articles. I would like to denote which categories are not for images, to prevent users from adding images to categories not intended to hold images.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

Increased customisability to suit individual wikis. Reduced user confusion during image upload process. Reduced burden on administrators who no longer have to remove irrelevant categories from images.
