In the source messages, the comma between "practices" and "and" needs to be removed as ungrammatical, as "and develop core editing skills" is not an independent clause. (Both of the messages mentioned in the title are the same.)

My relationship with English grammar is tenuous at best, but I agree that the comma doesn’t belong. It’s definitely low priority, though such a tiny fix feels like one of those satisfying ‘why not?’ changes.
