I don't think this is a case where consensus is needed. The borrowed word for Wikipedia in Gothic is accepted as Wikipaidja (romanized) and has been used as such for many years (check its logo for instance, using the old theme). Wikipaidja is a feminine noun of the O-stem, which means it declines with -ai in the dative singular (check here). The person who added the wordmark (and the lack of a tagline) seems to have done a very poor job, simply copying the word "Wikipaidjai" from the phrase "Fagino ana Wikipaidjai Gustiskai" on the wiki's main page, which uses the preposition "ana" before "Wikipaidja Gutiska", requiring it to be in the dative case; This is not the case for the use of the noun in isolation (in which case the nominative ("Wikipaidja" is used).
