Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

The options of Vector 2022 allow the user to easily choose between light and dark modes

But MinervaNeue does not have such option and it's unclear where to enable dark mode

Please create an option to enable dark mode in MinervaNeue similar to Vector 2022

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Ease of use for users

The settings page ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:MobileOptions&returnto=Main+Page ) provides this - it will save to cookie or preference depending on your login status. The preferences page requires two clicks on a mobile device so this got overlooked.

The settings page in the Mobile website does provide this, but not on the Desktop website. I can't find a way to enable dark mode on the desktop version using MinervaNeue
