We discovered in data logs that people attempted to federate queries to https://id.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/sparql (42 attempts in the last 3 months).
WD Allowlist already has HTTP version of this endpoint.
We believe it makes sense to add the HTTPS version as well, which also seems to be operating.
