Description

The favorite button should be removed from template pages in order to reduce confusion about the favorite templates feature.

The MediaWiki-extensions-ReadingLists extension will be providing a button using the bookmark icon in the exact same location (on all pages) and the bookmark icon is already in use in Wikipedia's official apps so has associations with the reading list feature with many Wikipedia readers.

You can enable the reading list beta feature on test wiki and see it in action here:
