- T252522: (Semi)automatically close Phabricator tickets with status "stalled" after a while
- T279788: Decrease high/medium Priority value of open tasks after being still open after a longer time
- T248034: Decrease issues created many years ago with no recent activity (aka stale tickets)
- Past Due Dates of open tasks (which we only render on the Project Reports page that nobody looks at; slightly related: T293734: Make assignees or setters of a past Due Date on a non-closed task more aware of that task)
