Description

This is a placeholder ticket for preliminary work on the new "No Anon" form, preparing for a new banner test in the pre-campaign

Implementation Notes

The default address type is private person
- If a donor toggles the new toggle it changes the address type to email
- If a donor hits the firma checkbox it changes the address type to company
We should update the existing no-anon form (DonationFormReceipt.vue)
We should also rename that component.
The change payment details button should be removed

three things that should be changed.

it says No and not Nr. for house number
the hint for the missing house number is missing
the order of Anrede and Titel is not logical (we missed that one in the design, Kai spotted it) and should be reversed (-> Anrede first and Title second)
