Steps to reproduce:
- Go to any wikipedia page on a desktop browser
- Make sure you have the Tools and/or Appearance side panel on the right visible
- Click on Edit Source
- Click on the arrow next to pencil icon to switch between visual editor and source editor
Observed Result:
The menu that pops up is clipped on the right.
If this was the first time you are switching, the popup that comes up is also clipped .
Expected Result:
For menu to not be clipped.
